Hishamuddin Bin Abdul Rahim
Chief Executive Officer
Currently as Chief Executive Officer of the Yayasan Raja Zarith Sofiah Negeri Johor. Hailed from Johor Bahru, he is a graduate in Business Administration (Marketing) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He was enrolled in the Johor Civil Service commencing from September, 2009 as the Assistant District Officer at the Muar District Office.
Since then, he has been promoted to various positions in the Johor state government departments and divisions to include, as the Assistant District Officer of the Batu Pahat District Office, Administrative Officer at the Johor State Secretary’s Office (Service Group & Management and Ceremonies & Protocol Unit), Johor Economic Planning Division (Economics Information Administration & Management), and as the Division Secretary at Service Management Division prior to joining the Yayasan in October, 2019.
During his tenure as a part of Johor state administrators, he has extensive experience in different administrative portfolios in executing state, federal and international duties and functions for the state of Johor Darul Ta’zim.

Received his degree in law (LL.B) with honours from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2001 and further admitted to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor (High Court of Malaya) a year later after completing his pupilage.
At the Yayasan, he is an integral part and driver of the establishing the Yayasan’s operations including formulating, developing strategic and operational frameworks to meet the Yayasan’s objectives especially in engaging and coordinating with various domestic and international stakeholders to implement the Foundation’s programmes.
Prior to joining the Yayasan, he has been in legal practice for over 6 years and has handled all aspects of legal matters involving civil & corporate litigation as well as conveyancing & intellectual property. He also has experienced in serving the constituents during his stint as a legal adviser for a Member of Parliament, Malaysia.
Rohazam Shah Bin Ahmad
Senior Manager for Development & Fundraising
Graduated in Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2000. Born and raised in Johor Darul Ta’zim with a military background during his secondary school at the Royal Military College, he is a highly organized personnel with extensive experience in office administration.
Having served as a private secretary to the Minister from 2002 at multiple Malaysia’s government ministries ranging from Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development, Ministry of Higher Education as well as the Special Officer to the Menteri Besar of Johor in charge of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor and Johor’s sports tourism, he has accomplished a multitude of tasks in implementing government’s policies and projects.
As the Senior Manager of Development and Fundraising at the Yayasan, he is responsible for securing funds through philanthropic partnerships together with developing strategic arrangements for Yayasan’s activities and programmes.
